What it is
A holistic language of colour
Aura Soma is a holistic approach to wellbeing and self-awareness that uses the energies of colour, plants and crystals to support balance, insight and personal growth. It is not a therapy in the clinical sense — it is a reflective, non-intrusive system that invites you to see yourself more clearly.
At the centre of Aura Soma are the Equilibrium bottles — dual-coloured bottles of plant and crystal energies that carry specific qualities, meanings and vibrations. You choose which bottles you are drawn to, and the practitioner helps you explore what those choices reveal.
The system was developed by Vicky Wall, a healer and herbalist who created it in the 1980s. Today it is used worldwide as a tool for reflection, personal development and spiritual awareness.

The experience
Your consultation
During your Aura Soma consultation, your practitioner will guide you through the self-selection of Equilibrium bottles from the full system of over 120 bottles. This is not a rational process — you are encouraged to follow your instinct and notice what you are drawn to.
Once you have made your selections, you will explore the meanings and qualities of each bottle in the context of your current life journey with the support of your practitioner — your challenges, questions, longings and strengths. It is a conversation, not a reading. An exploration, not an analysis.
