About us
The Inspiring Company
A faculty of professional coaches, consultants, academics and creatives who believe that impactful leadership and personal development can make a real difference — in our life, in organisations and in the world.
Our vision
Leadership that changes the world
We believe that good leadership is not just a skill — it is a responsibility. Our vision is a world where leaders at every level choose to act with humanity, courage and care; where organisations are places people are proud to belong to; and where the ripple effects of good leadership reach far beyond the workplace.
We bring together diverse expertise united by a common conviction: that good leadership is worth learning, practising and sharing — across sectors, cultures and contexts.
Our values
What we stand for
Listen deeply
We listen with care, openness and attention to context. Every engagement begins with genuine curiosity about what matters most to you.
Work practically
We rely on common sense, honesty and useful solutions. No jargon, no unnecessary complexity — just what works.
Act with Soul
We believe in shared response-ability: the commitment to act with wisdom, kindness and care for ourselves, each other and the world.
Our people
The faculty
We are a diverse team from all over the world, working together because we find inspiration in each other's company……..and we love working together!
