Our vision is to grow good leaders who make a positive impact on themselves, their communities and in the world, and have the skills, the language, and the courage to make it happen

At its heart is a simple conviction: the skills of good leadership are the skills for a good life. Positive impact begins in how we show up, how we connect to others, how we respond to challenge, and how we choose to contribute.

The Good Leadership School (GLS) is a commitment to a different way of being and leading in the world — the story of how each intentional act of good leadership can ripple outward to change an entire system. This is a movement to redefine leadership: not as a position of authority or a title on a door, but as a commitment to service and to making a positive difference.

The Good Leadership Model

The Good Leadership Model — known as the Lollipop Model — is a transformative framework that bridges the gap between professional excellence and systemic contribution. The model facilitates the enactment of Good Leadership through five interconnected elements that form the backbone of the curriculum.

Developed through ten years of multiple doctoral research’s and refined through over fifteen years of global practice, it focuses on expanding a leader’s capacity for high performance whilst deepening their commitment to positive impact at every touchpoint.

Programme Design and Outcomes

The Good Leadership School offers a transformative leadership journey in four phases, bridging the gap between leadership theory and real-world impact. It is rigorous, reflective, and results-oriented — designed for leaders who are ready to make a difference. The Lollipop Pathway is not a course. It is a commitment. Leaders do not simply learn about Good Leadership — they practise it, embody it, and pass it on.
The programme follows a deliberate narrative arc — from inward reflection to outward impact. Each phase builds on the last, creating a cohesive journey of transformation: from discovery and preparation, through an immersive awakening, into the forging of new practice in the field, and finally the creation of a lasting leadership legacy.
