CEO of The Inspiring Company, associate faculty member at Hult Ashridge, and visiting professor at IAE Paris Sorbonne and University of Lucerne. A globally recognized expert in leadership and learning, a 35-year international career on the leadership frontline. Passionate about creating inspiring learning environments, Feena focuses on leadership in change and crisis, incorporating common sense and humour into her approach.

Role in team: Ensuring we all focus on creating a practical and transformative space for participants to flourish.

Unordinaryness: An infectious smile and dedication to common sense and making everyone’s world a better place. Feena is also a keynote speaker and author of The Power of a Lollipop: A Model for Inspiring Leadership.

Dr. Fabienne Bonjour

President of The Inspiring Company, Fabienne is a recognised facilitator and coach. She brings more than 30 years of experience, mainly at directorate level HR level, to leading transformational approches to learning, development, health and wellbeing.  Fabienne is an ICF certified coach, an Aura Soma practitioner and a facilitator of The Transformation Game. She has a profound interest in people’s life journies and has deepened this through a Masters in Palliative Care and Thanatology.

Role in team: Making sure we ask the right questions and opening the space for new possibilities through metaphor.

Frédéric Nortier

President and founder of Explhore SAS, Frédéric has over 35 years of experience in executive coaching and leadership development, organizational change, executive team building, and strategic visioning. He has extensive experience working with both national and international companies, as well as public organizations. Frédéric also brings valuable insights from his previous roles, including VP of HR for the EMEA region and EMEA Learning & Development Director.

His ability to integrate both corporate and operational perspectives, his multicultural outlook, his humanist and purpose-driven ethic, his sense of humour, and his deep belief in people’s potential for growth have all been highly valued by leaders at every level of the organizations he has served.

Uli Otto

Executive coach and leadership development consultant with over 40 years of international leadership experience. Uli brings a grounded, human approach shaped by a decade in senior management roles in North America and Europe and more than 30 years coaching leaders across industries, cultures, and sectors.

Her work bridges self-awareness and purposeful action, helping leaders develop clarity, confidence, and steadiness — especially in times of complexity, transition, and real pressure. With both depth and pragmatism, she supports leaders in strengthening their leadership identity, navigating real-time challenges, and creating healthier, more constructive relational dynamics at work.

Role in team: Holding the space for reflection and movement — grounding insight in practical, focused next steps so learning becomes lived experience rather than theory.

Sue Johnson

Sue Johnson is the Director of Inclusion & Diversity Consulting at Superadditivity Ltd. Having spent the first 15 years of her career in Operations and Sales, Sue has first-hand knowledge and experience of how and why Inclusion & Diversity, as an integral part of the organisation DNA, will step-change business performance.

Prior to her ten years in Consulting, working cross-industry and cross-border, Sue was the Global Chief Diversity Officer for the Nestle group. Sue is a renowned and passionate advocate for Inclusion and has spoken at the United Nations, Catalyst, women’s forum etc. and specialises on educating Executives, guiding and challenging them to deliver results as organisations embark on their journey of cultural change.

Grounding
Rachel Evans

Co-founder of NewEdj and ShowMe-TellMe, Rachael brings more than twenty years of leadership experience shaped by both practice and research. Holding a master’s in financial market regulation and several postgraduate qualifications, she combines analytical depth with a human understanding of how people and systems respond to change. A former Microsoft leader and advisor to major financial institutions, she now helps organisations translate complexity into clarity and act with purpose and integrity.

Alongside her commercial work, Rachael lectures with the Royal College of Surgeons at Leeds, drawing on her lived experience as an intersex rights advocate to advance understanding of equality, ethics, and the realities of human diversity in professional practice. Her approach blends academic insight with empathy, encouraging open dialogue and deeper reflection.

Role in team: Providing steadiness and perspective — grounding ambition in understanding and helping ideas grow into confident delivery.

Unordinariness: A strategist with a researcher’s curiosity and an advocate’s courage, Rachael invites others to think deeply, act wisely, and lead with humanity. Her calm strength and commitment to fairness give others the confidence to do the same.

Laura Nagle

Head of Communications at The Inspiring Company. Recent Screen Studies Masters graduate from Trinity College Dublin and Bachelor of Humanities: Music, Film, and Drama from University College Dublin. Singer, songwriter, poet and storyteller for the last decade. Passionate about being a part of positive change in the world and connecting with people through her stories. Laura’s goal is to tell stories which shed a brighter light on issues that are often shied away from or go untold.

Role in team: inspiring continued open conversation about good leadership, creating an online space for people to share their thoughts and opinions.

Unordinaryness: writer by day, singer by night, and cook whenever food is needed on the table. Laura is dedicated to spreading positivity in whatever way she can, be it by cracking a simple joke to see a smile on someone’s face, or making a cup of tea after a long days work.
